Nice to Meet You
I just realized I hadn’t introduced myself, and I’ve already written 2 blogs!
My name is Tatiana, and I am the company assistant here at The Popcorn Lady! I have been working here since April 2024 and I have come to love how I am able to utilize my administrative skills and knowledge to help make the best events possible for you guys!
What I Do at The Popcorn Lady
I am the first contact when anyone calls in, fills out an inquiry, or sends an email. I do my best to answer questions ASAP or send estimates within 24 hours of submitting an inquiry, if not the same day. I also work with our Warehouse and Events Manager, Michael, to schedule our staff and keep the work calendar organized.
We log every event/rental/delivery booked on our business calendar with employees, so we all can see what events are coming up and how best to staff every event. For every booking, I strive to get a completed questionnaire from you guys- so sorry if I’ve sent you more than one email asking for it! It’s truly such an important document for us to have for our records and the staff member(s) working your event!

One of My Favorite Events So Far
One of the coolest events we’ve done, in my opinion, is catering to the 2024 Delta Olympic Appreciation, where we offered delicious gourmet popcorn to Delta staff, who helped make Delta the official airline of the Olympics Team USA! We offer our most popular flavors- Oreo, Chicago, Maple Habanero Bourbon, and (of course) Butter!
A Little More About Me
Enough about work, more about me! I graduated from Georgia Southern with a major in Writing and Linguistics and a minor in Film Studies- I absolutely love watching and analyzing movies. You may notice that in the coming weeks, with some of the blog topics ;)
Some of my favorite movies are Clue (1985), Howl’s Moving Castle (2004), The Black Phone (2021), and Pan’s Labyrinth (2006). And honestly, anything scary/horror is up my alley. My favorite movie franchise is definitely Scream! What's your favorite scary movie?
And I’ll leave you with that popular movie quote, because rest assured you will inadvertently learn more about myself throughout the upcoming blog posts. I really enjoy writing and coming up with different prompts for the blog, so I’m excited about what the new year will bring and figuring out all the creative ways I can plug The Popcorn Lady!
