The Popcorn Lady has a lot of new improvements here on our very own website !
First, we thought we should make it as easy as possible to get a refresher on any of our rentals, so we have created a Tutorial page that has videos straight from the owner on how to operate our cotton candy machine, sno cone machine, and popcorn machine! There are more tutorials to come, so keep an eye out. You can visit our Rentals page to explore available machines and then head over to the Tutorial page for step-by-step guidance.
Summer-Ready Rentals and Ice Cream Catering
Speaking of rentals, with summer just around the corner, it’s a great time to consider renting our ice cream cart (we can provide dry ice) or Ice Cream Sundae Catering package for you and your team! You can find full details about our catering packages and seasonal offerings directly on our website.
More Detailed Descriptions of Our Offerings
Another new feature you’ll find on our website is more detailed descriptions of all of our offerings! We want to make sure you realize just how much is included when you book with The Popcorn Lady, so our updated descriptions cover everything you need to know. We pride ourselves on our customizable, all-in-one approach to caterings, to make the process stress-free for you and loads of fun for your attendees. If you are planning an event, you can explore our catering services to see exactly what is included.
Updated Prepackaged Page and Online Ordering
We have also updated the Prepackaged page on our site so you can see every one of our flavors and pictures for reference. Remember, we have 3 different sizes you can choose from: Small (~4-5 oz), Medium (~10-12oz), and Extra-Large (5 lbs). We are currently in the process of finalizing our shopping cart feature, so in the not-so-distant future, you will be able to place a prepackaged order completely online, and we’ll get it to you ASAP! In the meantime, you can browse our popcorn flavors and reach out to place an order.
Updates to Our Contact Page
Lastly (for now!), we have updated our Contact page to ensure our customers have all the information they need if they want to reach out. Did you know that we have 3 different addresses? Knowing which one you should reference depends on whatcha need! If you are sending anything to us, please use our preferred mailing address to ensure your item does not get lost at either of our production warehouses. The other 2 addresses, as I mentioned, are production warehouses, where you can pick up some delicious prepackaged products (if you would like to forgo the delivery fee). If you’re ever unsure, just ask and we’d be happy to guide you to the correct one!
