I understand that any false or misleading statements made during the application or hiring process may result in the rejection of my application or termination of employment if discovered after hiring.

I authorize Popcorn Lady, its representatives, and designated agents to:

• Verify the information contained in this application and in any accompanying documentation.
• Contact references, former employers, educational institutions, and any other individuals or organizations necessary to verify my qualifications and background.
• Conduct background checks, including but not limited to criminal history, employment verification, education verification, and professional license checks, as allowed by applicable law.
• Review publicly available information from my social media profiles and online presence as part of the evaluation process.

I understand that any such background or reference checks will be conducted in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) if applicable. I understand that I may be required to sign additional consent forms if a third-party consumer reporting agency is used to obtain a background report.

I hereby release Popcorn Lady, its officers, employees, agents, and any individuals or entities providing information from any and all liability or claims arising out of the collection, use, or disclosure of such information.

Submission of this application does not guarantee employment. Employment, if offered, will be at-will and may be terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
